Can't Find Developer Options in Android Jellybean? Enable It Now

The latest versions of android jellybean contains the developer options but for some reason these options are hidden by default and you must become a developer in order to view and use them. However, don't worry, this is a very easy thing to do.

Start off by going into settings and find the "about phone" section. Click on this on scroll down to "build number". Click the build number rapidly many times and eventually there will be a small pop-up that says you've enabled the developer options.
